this is a good question!!! I'm scared of not meeting the minimum, I don't really care in paying for a few more, I actually prefer this instead of being under and still have to pay for 'empty chairs'

you won't pay for empty chairs because you know that FH and I are volunteers for seat fillers!! :)

we have 117 guest for a 125 min but with the vendors we are suppose to feed it comes out to 123 so as of now we have two extra seats and two people we are still waiting on
