I'm glad you talked to him about this. Most of the time, it pays to communicate! I hope his mother keeps being civil to you, and makes things easier to deal with.

Thank God for new shirts!!! LOL Could you imagine how evil she would be if she DIDNT like you?? What a witch...seems like shes jealous of you and FH...JMO I ahve the same problem with my mother except she is a clean freak!!!
