Okay, first of all, it's hard to follow all of this.
Second of all, don't do butterfuly vellum - people won't be able to READ the invite. I had to make my font bold and it's clear vellum over petal paper and my grandmother was like 'Can people read this?'
It's sounds really ambitious. Try a mockup and post that so that we can see everything. For instance, is the ribbon horizontal or vertical?

color is pink. I like the first one best
Then I would defintely use clear vellum - that paper is so pretty and a patterned vellum would make that hard to see.
I like the idea of the ribbon and the reception card, but make one and show it to us.

I have to agree. The paper is so pretty that I think the butterfly vellum 1) doesn't go and 2) will distract and make it hard for your guests to read. I think the clear vellum would be pretty - you can attach the butterfly charm with the ribbon. You don't want it to be too busy...subtle is best IMO.
