Where is the church you are getting married at? Maybe you can get dressed there??? You never know.. Instead of taking house pictures, you can take garden pictures at the church or a nearby park. There could be worse things..... Also, about the cruise.....Many times when trips are given at a show, there are many, and i mean MANY stipulations. I work for Sandals and we always give out a 3 night stay for 2, but that doesn't include air, and who wants to go away for only 3 nights>>> so you have to add nights and sometimes it comes out cheaper to buy all 7 or 10 nights and not even use the prize!!! Sounds funny I know, but the prizes are there just to get you in the door.
THere are many cruise companies that run specials, so I would check with your travel agent. If you don't have one, you can always go to the website of the cruise you are looking at and they always have an area where they recommend travel agents.

do you have any friends near there? were you guys planning on renting a hotel room for the night? if its not too far you can ask for the whole day before and get dressed there. ??

Usually with a cruise you need to pay double if one only person is going? YOu ened ot buy out the room.
I can't see how they could give you a cruise for one though.

i have been a winner from wbli before(many times and trips too) and never heard of that for just one person! you have fm on this keep me updated! and as for where to get ready! well sorry i don't know if i can help out there!![]()

I'm sorry about all this. Ya know you can sell the cruise, I have seen cruises sll on e-bay for one person, but just think that it was still worth the money you saved if you have to add one person( as long as you can) you still got something for free right? And the money saved on the cruise can be for the extra limo you need? I know it doesnt sound all that convincing, but worse things could have happened. It will be so much better to get ready in the hotel room, A pretty room, lots of space, not having to worry about cleaning up etc....It'll turn into a plus in the end....Keep smiling!!!!![]()

I know there are definetly worse things!
this was a prize I won from WBLI, I think I'd rather the second place prize (DVD, surround sound system). I was so excited, and I guess will just have to wait and see what the additional costs might be.
Church is FH family church in copiague (near amittyville (the mom is the only one who actually goes though). But his whole family g0t married there (even his parents) had I known I could be getting dressed closer to watermill, I would have booked my old church (east northport).
Jenny I can't imagine the cruise is for 1 person. I know that there are such things but normally prizes like that are for 2 people.
