That's a tough question...We were on again-off again for a few years. I honestly can't remember who ended it for good- it may have been him. But, right before I went on the first date with my fi, the ex and I went out for drinks and he wanted to make up. I turned him down because I was really excited about my upcoming date with my Fi.

...I was in the same boat too with my ex...good thing I still went on my first date with FH...

How sweet of her! My ex's mother was wonderful and I miss her so much! We were like a real mother/daughter. And I don't have that special bond with my FMIL. I miss it!
