Jenny, my DHs 30th is 4/10. I have NO idea what I am going to get him, aside from a surprise dinner w. friends. Hopefully this thread will generate some good ideas!

I will be ahving a surpirse party for my DH in May, and I will be getting him some sort of tool, or thing for the house. Since we will be moving in shortly, and don't have much regarding tools.

If he is into Hockey, what about an official jersey of the payer he likes.

Maybe you can find out if this player is having an sutograph signing show anywhere,a nd get something signed, even the jersey.

hmmm...I got DH a hodgepodge of things for his 30th...

- pants and socks (b/c he needs them - always)
- 1 year subscription to his online game $13/month - and permission to play it
- dinner at a super nice place
- a coffee travel mug...don't laugh...he was constantly looking at them...so I got him one from Stanley that is very manly as has manly features...

hmmm...I think I made out better for mine...

I would try and get tickets to an 'important' hockey game and take him out for a really nice dinner first - then at the game - treat him well - buy him candy, souvenirs!
