well most places don't make you give notice until 60 or 30 days before you're leaving. but you could always start looking around now to get an idea of prices, what's available and what neighborhoods you like. but you probably can't do anything more concrete until june.

To check on neighborhoods, going rate, whats out there, you can start now, but I'd say June for serious inquiries.
