For the past few weeks I am up to about 11 classes a week and SOOOOOOOOOO BURNT! I fall alseel at night at the drop of a hat (which is great),,,but my body is in need of a GREAT massage.

Anyone have a place (south shore - nassau suffolk preferred!)

Jenny, the only place I've ever used in Nassau, is the Nordstrom's Spa. They run about $80.
