I saw a house this morning that still had its christmas lights on. I cannot stand it anymore. I dont know if people are too lazy or what, but I think its time to take down the christmas decorations. I know there has been some warm days over the past few months, not every day has been cold. I think people are just lazy.

This was definatley the kind of winter that put alot of people in a rutt
I think we will slowly start to see these decorations disappear

i have people a couple blocks away from me who keep their christmas decorations up all year long. they've been doing it for many years, i can remember that from high school. they never put them away.

it's APRIL & still having your X-Mas decorations outside.

Lights year-round are bad enough, but now I am seeing house with santa and all.

Seriously one of my biggest pet peeves! Especially when it's a wreath or something that you don't need a ladder to get down. Ugh!

I hate that too! Especially the wreath on the front door. That is SO easy to take down. Theres no excuse!!!

GUILTY!

and I can't stand this either!
No decorations, just lights that you can't really even tell from the street that they are there.. but still. I wouldn't let DH take them down because of all the snow and ice that only melted like two weeks ago! And the fact that around our house is very hilly.

He even mentioned it Saturday, how he must have broken a personal record for keeping the Christmas lights up! Its killing us!

You should see some of the houses up here!! There are some with their entire front yards decorated w/ christmas crap!! They keep it up ALL year! Classy, very classy.
