I don't think you are mean and evil at all!!! I don't blame you ONE bit and I would do the same thing! In fact, I would call and leave HIM a message asking for his RSVP and NOT leave phone number he's looking for! People can be SO self-centered!

are you sure these people even got the invitations? this sounds so strange to me...

i know after we sent out our save-the-dates we had a few 'looking forward to your wedding' included in christmas cards sent to us, and family friends have mentioned to my parent they have every intention on being there if they can.

have you spoken to these people in the last few months? are they OOTers? what is the total number you sent out?

i agree.. that sounds like a LOT!! I assume you stamped all the return envelopes right? How hard is it to put it in the mailbox....sheesh!! Call a few to make sure they got the invites in the first place.

yup, the return envelopes were preprinted and stamped. We had a bunch already admit that they haven't sent them yet. Now, they say they'll do it this week...

totally understandable! It can be so frustrating when people don't RSVP. I imagine that when I send out my invites, I will be running to the mailbox every day!
