You should go there in person and speak to a manager. It will be harder for them to ignore you in person, especially if you make a scene. This is unacceptable. Your wedding is only weeks away! And the best they can say is 'We don't know'? Outrageous. I'm sure it will work out.

oh boy ~ JANE sounds like an idiot. I would first call back and ask to speak to a manager. if you get nowhere then I would make plans to go there in person ASAP. it sucks but better safe than sorry. you will work it out, don't worry

That is unaccaptable. You need to call back and ask to speak with the manager or owner. Let them know that they were given your wedding date when the order was placed and it is their responisibilty to get it, or at the very least track it down. Worst case scenario, they should be bending over backwards to remedy the situation, not making excuses saying it's 'their busy season.' That's a bunch of bullsh!t. I would also try to go to the store if possible and handle this in person. Call in sick tomorrow and take care of this as soon as possible.
