Taxes
Homeowners insurance (just the building, we have a separate policy for the inside of our apt)
Maintenance of the property (snow shoveling, landscaping, garbage)
Gas
Heat
Hot water
Parking (optional)
I think that's it. My maintenance is out of control high ($1140), but that's because of our taxes. It ends up ok because approx 67% is tax deductible, so we end up getting a lot back.
