i hate halloween, mi the only one who has a true hatred for this holiday

I hate it too!

I am not a fan of Halloween either! I just don't like dressing up--I am not a good sport. Hate picking costumes, hate trying to cobble together a costume that always ends up looking crappy, etc. The whole idea of dressing up and being someone/something else just does not appeal to me.

I went to Salem, MA last year for Halloween...what a freak show. I loved all the haunted houses and graveyard tours that we did. Even some of my photos on my digital camera had spooky 'orbs' on them, while my friend's camera did not.
I love Halloween!!

Re: Halloween.....what's the plan this year????

Real Estate course during the day and then giving out treats at night. I love Halloween - it's totally my holiday!!

Last year I was a 'holy $hit'. I've been a bunch of funny stuff: a basket of dirty laundry, a mental patient (not too hard for me to pull off ), a Stayfree Maxi Pad, you name it....

Re: Halloween.....what's the plan this year????

Type O negative they still around?!?!?!?!?!? LOL we listened to them in school.

Last year we went to Chelsea Street My friend April was Wynonna Ryder. She had A coach shopping bag. An Adidas box in side Clothes that still had tags on them the sleeve parts that had the tags where hanging out the sides. She also was able to come up with a tag that come on a safety pin she took it off and put it on her trench Coat it was funny. I on the other hand don't like dressing up I like halloween during the day to see all the little kiddies costumes but hate the hudlums at night.

i want to go back and do that some year. My dad used to live in Salem and I loved it there. The 'Haunted Happenings' are so much fun.

Almost sad he moved back to NY.

Re: Halloween.....what's the plan this year????

Yeah!! We are going to have a Halloween party - DH's birthday is the 25th, so it'll be a combo party. He said we need to have a theme or else all of the English people will have no clue what to be. So, our theme is Heros and Villains.

Now we're trying to think of costumes. I said we should go as Shelly Duvall and Jack Nicholson in the Shining I was going to wear a long skirt and Uggs and a vest and run around waving a big knife and he can wear a flannel shirt and jeans and I'll make him a cardboard cut out of a door frame that he can wear around his head NOt quite sure he's going to go for that...
