How far out on LI is Selden? FH and I are dying to get out of the city, but we need to commute in for work.

From the city I believe it is an hour 1/2.

I have been getting some calls/emails from craigslist. It is definently better advertisement than the local papers.
But still no tenant We are just being extra careful and we did have 2 possible maybes. Our last one said she couldn't back out of her on campus apartment, but she stringed us along for a week 1/2 thinking she was taking it.
Well I updated the first post with the apartment measurements now.
