Well I just wanted to give you some - or cheers - I don't think Massapequa would work for me - but I will do my best to motivate you online - I may be working out in Westbury though (I'm going to be working in that area soon - and going to the gym there. )

I feel the same way. I hate getting dressed in the morning. I was feeling so good about myself and now I can't get myself to exercise. Where in Massapequa do you workout? I was going to Ladies Workout Express in Wantagh.
