i remember being in Catholic school and having to wear stockings and if we got a run, we would put some clear nail polish on it.. don't know if it would work with your top and all though

I can take the dress to the tailor this week, but I was kind of hoping for more of a quick fix...I really only need the dress to last for this one last party. thanks though.
