Re: My Voice Update......Anyone have vocal nodules
That's what I thought you had when you posted about your problem earlier. How was the scoping? The reason your voice was sounding different was cuz the vocal noduals prevent your vocal cords from closing all the way properly. This causes a space between them and your voice to sound different. I'm sure your doc. explained everything to you. Hope you feel better!

I missed the origonal discussion, but do you use your voice often? They can do certain therapies to shrink them. You should also contact a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (if you have not done so already, not sure if you got diagnosed w/ and ENT) to help avoid any further damage.

Re: My Voice Update......Anyone have vocal nodules
I had nodules on my thyroid that were rubbing on my vocal chords...same kind of thing. Just make sure to keep having them checked. I found mine 10 years ago, and 2 years ago they ended up being cancerous. I'm just thankful I stayed on top of it. Good luck!
