FMIL has been much more mean and petty to me since we got engaged. She walks a fine line, she is careful not to be mean or rude enough for me to call her on it. I wonder though, if she will get even worse as the wedding draws closer.

Monkey i think she is going to miss you and you are her only normal child so anything normal in the house will be gone. Maybe she is afraid of losing you and she is just acting wonky because of it.
Oh and your mom acting wierd with your fh is probably because he is stealing there little girl away.....
just a though.
my parents if they were normal I could see acting this way.

Only when she says cant we move the date up! oh man does she want an empty house. i bet the same year my sis will go away to college and my other sis will move to fla.

Maybe she thinks you will have everything under control and don't need her help or ideas?
