DH and me are flying to my country and will spend the new year with my family that I haven't seen in 8 years!!!

I don't know yet! I went to Atlantic City a few years ago and had the best time. Maybe we will do that again!

Not sure what we're doing yet. But we just got an email about a few different bars within close proximity to one another that get together for a party - £30 gets you admission to all three and with all the people walking between the three, it's a lot like a street party...not sure?

Fh and I aren't sure... I might cook dinner and then go to his aunt's house, or maybe a party, or maybe just stay in and make it a new year for the 2 of us

I'm looking into renting a house in the Poconos or Hunter area, but of course since we waited until th last minut I'm having a hard time finding a place.

i think dh and i will be running a 4 mile race in central park. it starts at midnight. usually we sit at home and do nothing so we thought this might be fun. not really into the bar/party scene.

Hopefully someone will have a house party...I am tired of the going out thing, I have been doing it for too many years. A nice house party sounds good.

That is SO cool!

I always wanted to see the ball drop in person but never could imagine dealing with the cold & crowds. That is like the perfect alternative!

Something I've always wanted to do (probably won't end up doing it this year though) is rent a cabin in the poconos and go out there with 8-10 of my closest friends... the cabins are REALLY cheap if you split it up amongst a group of people
