Question for you....
We always TRY to tip our garbage men, but they don't come at the same time when they pick up (I work in the city and leave our house around 6:45am)....and I dont want to leave $$ on the trashcan for fear they will throw it away.
HOW DO I TIP THEM???? Thanks so much. Is $20 enough?

my dad is retired so he does it
