I would be pissed off to. Do you think that she was drink and just saying it. But i can understand why your fh is mad about it. My fh would be mad about it to. My fh was mad about his brothers they just got married as alittle thing but they need someone to sign and she had her mothers boyfriend sign it not anyone on his side. He was pissed.

I would probably be taken a little aback too but also releaved, like you had said. With all your wedding planning to come it is more time for you to concentrate on your wedding needs and not bridesmaids things for her.

Look @ it this way - Now you can help her out when you WANT to - and not b/c you HAVE to.
don't let it get to you - You asked her b/c it would make FH happy - You did the right thing for him..........I understand why he's hurt - it may be a blessing in disguise.........

I would consider yourself lucky! My SIL didn't ask any of the family to be in my brother's wedding. At first I was pissed but then I realized I could be part of the fun without having to do any of the work. And the Vera Wang bridesmaids dresses she picked were over $500 It all worked out in the end and now I don't have to include her in our plans. It made everything so much easier.
