I booked Gary Leli and I loved his work. If you notice all his albums look different, so I felt he wasnot cookie cutter photography. Great photojournalistic if you like that. I saw some proofs in a brides review at the North Ritz country club. If I can find it I will bump it for you.

I don't know anything about Leli but I saw both Silverfox and 12th Night. IMO, I don't even think there's a comparison to be made. Silverfox's pictures are in another world compared to 12th Night. And John, the owner, is so great!!! It was between Silverfox and BM for us and that was one of the toughest decisions we made.

I completely agree! One one thing that I was really going to spend the money on check out was photographers because you can only get those pics once. I love Silverfox and can't wait to use them.![]()

Well, I met with Silverfox and I agree John the owner was great but he is not there on your wedding day. He is the sales guy! A friend of mine had them for their wedding and they were particular about which photographers they wanted but on the morning of that is not who showed up. When she called to say something they were not as nice.
The pictures were still good but she felt disappointed and was unhappy that her day started like that! Just passing the info on.

I am using Leli, and a friend of mine used him last summer and is very happy with him--she said he is bending over backwards for her to make her happy ![]()

Me too! I loooooooove his work..Too bad his website doesnt do his work justice...I told him he should update the pix's on his website and show off his talent
He gave us soooo much extra in our package...and again he has all different styles of work,so he will definitly meet your needs and wants...

You can do albums on your own. But, if you're going to do them through ANY photographer, make sure they have good post-wedding communication.

I am using Leli I loved him from the first time that I met him, not only that he does great work but he is also nice to work with. I looked at a few other but they are not giving me the type of pictures he is giving me. His pictures look like some out of a Magazine.
As for the other I really don't know because I did not meet with them but I belive a few other brides on here are or used them and had great things to say.

i vote for Leli too!! LOVE HIM!!! Im super picky about photography... i was a journalism major and im an art teacher... all of Gary's albums were unique and diffferent, yet also complete.... one of my peeves is when i look at an album that has a mix of different brides... how do i know that they got great shots of each brides entire wedding day, since they are only putting their best shots in each album... does that makes sense???

we used 12th night and loved it....you can do albums still, they dont have to cost lots of money and dom works with you for your budget if you want!
he didn't bring extra lights or antyhing and i was persoanlly glad - this way, everyone was more relaxed and not posed all the time b/c there was bright lights. etc.....we loved working with him, he was extrememly easygoing, even with our fg, whowas just 4 at the time and could have gone either way but wound up loving him.
i have heard nice things about all the vendors, i would say go with your heart and your dh's - whose work did you like best? who did you enjoy speding time with while at your appointment? who made you both feel comfortable? (we choose ours b/c we realized if a vendor meeting was so nice, we would be more relaxed on our day then too!)
good luck and i am sure it will be a great choice no matter whom you pick!
