i would send a letter of complaint - that is completely unacceptable and irls me so much considering how much they charge on that site!

im sorry but that is was customer service is for, to answer your questions!!!! It shouldnt matter if that is another department, its should be their responsibility to find out and atleast offer to get back to you. I would definitely send a letter of complaint to them.

she's got problems. I agree - send a letter complaining... and make sure you include the time/date you called if you don't know her name, so that they can figure out who it was!

I agree. It's her job to answer your questions and if she couldn't answer it, she should've given you the number of somebody that could. The way she treated you was completely unacceptable.

I have ordered a couple things from them and have been very pleased with the service-- although, I did not call them up..

Sorry to hear that I ordered labels from them for our engagement party and was VERY pleased with the way they turned out - although I did not call them - don't let it get you upset
