I like the idea of the whirlpool, especially because it is August.
Fireplace, not needed and I could live without a balcony.

I would rather have the balcony. It is nice to eat breakfast on, or just sit and relax. Where are you going?

yup...balcony

we got a room once with whirlpool and it overrated (depends on where you go that is)

I love balconies! I was very disappointed that the Celebrity ship Zenith does not have staterooms with balconies. And you never know, even in August you might get cool, damp weather where a fireplace would be oh, so romantic!!

It's all about the balcony! Being outside without having to deal with others.... Nothing like it!

Ditto... I'd pick the whirlpool tub only because our tub in our aparment Su**s so we are never able to use it.

Pick the room with the balcony. Skip the whirlpool, go swimming or in the hot tub together then finish in the shower!

I say whirlpool, but more for my FH.. he loves them.. we went away for my b-day last month and in two days he used it four times..lol

Balcony for me. and the fireplace will be pretty regardless if you use it or not. you can eat on the balcony, get fresh air....hang your beach towels on the railing...etc

We always go with the whirlpool for two, its so relaxing and romantic.

we just went to Vegas and had free rooms... well one night we upgraded to get the jacuzzi in the room... it was AWESOME! We defiantely wished we had it the entire time we were there... it is so nice to relax in...especially since we only have a tiny bathtub at home that we never use...
