I am sorry to hear this bad news. That really stinks. I'll cross my fingers that you end up getting it. Things always seem to work out in some weird way. You will either get this place or you will find something even better, believe it or not. So try not to be too upset.

you poor thing!!! This step is so hard, I know because we went thru it last year. All i can say is that everything happens for a reason...your dream place is still out there...so don't give up hope!!!

Oh I am so sorry!! I know it stinks when you have your heart set on something, especially a place to live and it doesnt work out. UGH!!!

But, life has a funny way of working out and maybe this happened for a reason, who knows, somethging better could be right around the bend.

Oh I am sooo sorry! We are going through that right now trying to buy an affordable home in Southern California is like finding a needle in the haystack. I feel in love with a home this weekend- actually in our price range and my agent just told me there are three offers on the property well above list price. No surprize but I still feel crushed!

Hang in there- maybe this buyer will back out. The busy summer selling season is coming up to- so maybe there is a better condo in that building coming up for sale.

I can totally understand how you feel, something similiar happened to us twice, first the seller changed her mind, and second we got out bid by a last minute evil person lol

All I can say is this just remember the place meant for you and FH will find you...no worries.. I wish you the best and will keep my fingers crossed for you

I am so sorry. I am going through something similar and I can totally relate. Just keep in mind that the other offer may fall through and you will still get a chance at this particular condo, especially if they haven't gone to contract yet. In the meantime, are there any other condo units available in the same complex? I know they will not be exactly the same but it's worth a shot to still look. Good luck! I know that you will find what you are looking for, whether it be this place or something else.

I heard that 50% of first accepted offers do not go through. You don't know if this guy has good credit or whatever. Hang in there. If it was meant to be, you will have it. Have you thought about offering them a little more money?
