13!! She's 13-years-old!! Mr Boot's 13-year-old-sister gets more catcalls and fills out a bikini better than I ever will! And she can wear capris without looking midgety!!!

well, maybe blossoming early will cause her to get allself conscious & then she will eat to comfort herself & be huge in a few years!

When I was a teen I wasn't allowed to wear a bikin! It seems I have missed my opportunity. ( I kinda had the early curves, but now I curve in all the wrong directions!)

I won't even talk about how much better than me my 16 cousin looked at my wedding!

capris were not meant for us small girls. there is no way anyone over 67 lbs can pull them off.
