Holy asshats! I'm filing today to consolidate, but there is no way it should DOUBLE the payments! Thing is, you can't tape the phone convo, so you really have no proof. I would try to get a real person to change it online just so they can't later tell you you should have seen it online and been aware. Did they send you anything in the mail about a change?

I would wait for the mail, see what that says, then try to get a real person on the phone if that doesn't work. My DH consolidated lately and got someone on the phone--I can see if he has a super secret number to get a real person...
