You have nothing to feel bad for AT ALL!! It's nice that she wants your help. It's your day and you have the people in it that you want.

Re: Should I feel bad???
No not at all. We all wish we had the room in weddings whether it be the BP or readers to fit everyone that means 'something' to us or will in the future. Its really nice that she is asking for your help! and by helping her that will show her too that you do care about her and you too welcome her into the family.

I would not worry about it. If you feel really bad about it you could always ask her to be part of you BP now. If not Dont stress over it.

Don't feel bad, it's your desession who you want to be in your wedding party. Just because she's you FH's sister dosen't mean you have to have her. I know alot of people who only had their side in their party.
I'm also going through problems with my bridal party, and deciding who should be in the party. One of my SFIL's has been making a huge fuss that I didn't ask her. We get along just fine, but I already had picked the people who are closest to me. But I'm trying to avoid a huge conflict.
Do what ever makes you happy, it seems as if she is understanding and all she wants is, to be in the limo. Good luck.

No, not at all. I think its a good idea asking her to keep an eye on the kids. It is very considerate of you to have her in the limo. She should be grateful and help out.

no I wouldn't feel bad. your bridesmaids should just be your very best friends in the world. not just because you HAD to ask. don't sweat that.

Don't feel bad. You're decision is your decision, you make it and move on.

Re: Should I feel bad???
No don't feel bad. I had somewhat of a similar situation myself. I have 7 BM & 7 GM. I chose all of them already and one day my mom asked me if my sister in law was going to be in the wedding. I was like... well, no and to be honest, i didn't even think of her. My brother and her lived in Mexico for the 1st 4 years of their marriage and i never even met her until their wedding. So my mom was like... well she had you in hers. But seriously, i don't even know the girl and i hate to sound selfish... but its MY wedding.
So trust me, you shouldn't feel bad. This day is about you and what you want. It's great that she wants your help for her wedding and that should be a nice way to get to know her better. Good luck!

Re: Should I feel bad???
I have the opposite problem.
I have a girl in my BP that I hardly ever see or speak to anymore.
Terrible decision on my part.
If you feel bad.. ask her. Just think it over VERY carefully before you do.

She's going to be in the limo with all of us because she's from OOT and I didn't want to seperate her from my BIL and inlaws. Plus we have four kids in the bridal party, that i was hoping she'd keep an eye on since their parents are not in the bridal party.
i dont think its a big deal for her not to be in the bridal party but if you find out she is hurt about it, you might want to reconsider since this person will be your sister in law.
im just curious- why should she watch the kids in the bridal party in the limo?
it might be weird for her to be in the limo but not be in the bridal party and on top of it be expected to watch the kids? i would feel a little left out- thats just me though

The kids absolutely love her and she loves them. They will be ages 8-10 so it's not like she'll be running around after them. Just entertaining them while some pictures are getting done. The FH's parents will be there too to help out with the kids. And she doesn't HAVE to watch them. If you look at my post I said I left a spot in the limo in case SHE decides to join us.
I'm not have readers or anything like that for our ceremony and I'm not adding another person to my bridal party. She's from OOT so I thought she may want to go in the limo with our FIL and her fiance. I also have a spot for the FH's only granparent to go in the limo with them. I did this because the FH's grandmother is from OOT and traveling with the FH parents. So there would be two of them in the limo that are not in the bridal party.
