Anything, really. I 've never really had the attention span to get to know one thing really well & that always bugs me.

I would love to be the best cook in the world - that would be so awesome (I have no natural ability to know what needs to be added to make something perfect).

Academically I always wanted to be an expert in a field like Botany. I think it would be so cool to be able to identify all the trees I see by species - I know some but am obviously non expert (I was a big science dork in college - obviously).

I want to know anything and everything about precious and semi precious stones...from diamonds to rubelites...amber to sapphires...and all the other ones we haven't found yet.
