Yes, Roger Bart was the Singing Voice of Hercules, although not the speaking voice.

Roger Bart, poor dear, is a brilliant Tony-award winning actor who currently plays the pharmacist who killed Marcia Cross' husband on Desperate Housewives. Apparently, the Slider looks like him.

The Slider wishes he were as talented, however.
