YEAH!! I mean, seriously, why does it matter to her? It's been nigh on a decade... there was clearly no love lost. It's just masochistic and intrusive at this point.

OMG i cant belive she got in touch with you.
she does send me a christmas card and i send one back to be polite.
so i guess i should be expecting something soon i guess
I wonder if she tried to get in touch with BIRD??

It sounds like she may be looking for some closure. You really do not owe her an explanation but it may be the only way to get rid of her for good.
I would explain to her that the two of you are very different people. For this reason your friendship grew apart and you went two separate ways. I would wish her the best and let her know that there are no hard feelings but do not indicate in any way that you want to rekindle the friendship.

I agree with the last poster about the grown apart thing. But it is personal and there is love lost. If you would like to unload, now is the time. You will never get the chance. Do it for yourself though, not for her. If you don't feel the need, then just say that our lives are different and we have grown apart. There's no need to go further. Do not re-kindle this 'romance'.

I already emailed her back and simply said 'Do not contact me again.' It just bothers me that people no longer have a sense of propriety and allow themselves to do whatever they want without taking an responsibilty for their actions!

Princess... I doubt she'll contact Bird. She only found me through myspace.
