If I could do it all over again, I would have gone with my gut and cancelled my hair vendor instead of worrying about losing my deposit. The entire timeline of my day got completely screwed up because of her!
I also would have hired a different photographer who wouldn't have gotten so flustered because of the time delay.
And I DEFINATELY would spend more time with my OOT guests at the wedding.
and EAT!!!!

I wish we never did table cameras-waste of money and horrible pics.

I would have reminded my DH the white boutonniere was for his dad and the red one was his!

Re: If I could do it all over again...
- hired competent videographer - specifically asked friends and family to bring video cameras instead of assuming that people would - left shrug on throughout reception - ate appetizer - took a few minutes to make sure the room was set up correctly - different florist for CPs - ordered more favors so I'd have more for myself (yum!)

Re: If I could do it all over again...
my weddings was wonderful and I am thankful for that. However if I could do it again I would not use the same photographer. But mostly I would not have had the big wedding. DH and I could have just went to Mexico and gotten married and avoided all the chaos and stress the wedding caused and today we would be living in a nice house.

Been a little more specific with my florist regarding bridal party flowers. Not gotten so stressed out of drama!

I would also have bought more comfortable shoes, my flip flops were on the second I was announced.
I would not have worked the week of my wedding, I was toooo stressed.
Everything was amazing, so I would not have changed anything else

Gone with DH on the choice of photographer. Unfortunately we were between two and I pushed for the one we picked, which was far and away the BIGGEST MISTAKE made during wedding planning.
oh boy....thats one thing that i dont want happening to me!!! what went wrong?

Re: If I could do it all over again...
i would have made sure to tell my photographer that i wanted single pictures with EACH of the bridal party. he asked me for a list of pics i wantd and i did it so last minute i forgot to include that.

Diff. Limos.!!
I was 1/2 hr. late which screwed up the entire beginning of the day. We had to rush and I could not relax, he never put out my runner, never gave us champagne and we had to rush pics. Thank god my photog. is a genius.
I was really pissed until my c-tail hr. started. So from about 3:30-7pm.
Other then that everything really was great!!!

Re: If I could do it all over again...
Had a longer reception since this was the best part after all the stress was over
gone with a different florist and spent a little more on my flowers, they were a little amauterish
hired a different DOC or just had friends do her chores.
Not hired cars for OTT guests. They ended up getting rides from my parents friends for free!
Different Photographer who understood what I wanted

Re: If I could do it all over again...
We would have had our wedding at Disneyworld. I have done some investigation and it would have cost about the same amount of money for the same amount of people.
Other than that, I would have lost weight for the wedding. It would have been nice not ot have been so damned fat. LOL!

Re: If I could do it all over again...
I have probably answered this...but I would have had a smaller wedding and done it at a vineyard...and maybe considered trying on something else other than a ball gown. Now I'm looking at those JCrew wedding gowns and thinking I should have tried on something like that.

Ohh.. and not had as big a bridal party!!!
And by that I mean cut out my 'cousin' who dropped out with her husband and all her kids a few months before the wedding.
I still have her dress, and her gifts. That B*%#H.
