I keep thinking maybe I should get a ring guard because in the winter my fingers shrink considerably and my ring turns also. It's so annoying.

I had to do that too. My ring was sliding all over the place lately. I ran into Claires and got a pack of the clear guards for the time being. You get a pack of 10 or so, all different sizes.

I got a ring guard put on for that reason. I'm not paranoid anymore. Although my mother still is.

Omg, that must've been so scary!! I'm glad you still have it!! My ring used to turn like that too, but I just had 2 tiny balls added to the inside that makes it fit.

OMG. I can't wear my ring at work, because it's so cold it flips around and the diamond hits the keyboard, so I put it on my necklace. When I do this, I check my neck every few minutes, because I'm crazy and paranoid like that. I just went to check it and it wasn't there. I couldn't feel my necklace or anything. I had a mini heart attack. But it was just caught on my collar. Whew! I still have my ring. That was enough excitement for one day...

Same here! It gets so cold in my office my ring really doesn't stay on my finger! I really need to get it sized!!

I took it off at the nail salon and forgot it. I couldn't believe it. I freaked out. Luckily I called her and she put it away for me and I was able to get it.

I had balls put inside my ering for this reason. Mine was flipping and aggravating me while I typed.

The balls cost around $20 and tool 15 minutes while I waited. You don't even feel them and they totally do the job.

I can try to take a picture if you want to see what it looks like.

you should go to Claire's (the costume jewelry store in a mall). they sell these plastic ring snuggies for $3. it's a good temporary fix.

that's TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would die!

the place where I get my nails done has ring holders. as soon as the girl is done and asks me for payment I put my rings on ASAP!
