I booked a keyboarist through them for my (first) wedding and had a couple of issues. We paid for an hour, but he left immediately after the ceremony. According to them, this is the industry standard. The second issue I had is that before he left he asked half of the people at the wedding for the balance that we owed him. I thought he was going to be there for another 20 minutes so I had gone down to the bridal suite right after the ceremony to take a few minutes with my hubby and I had the envelope. Needless to say, that really annoyed me. I called Stan the next day to discuss this with him and he told me he was going to call the keyboardist and get back to me. I immediatley got a phone call from the keyboardist arguing with me about all of this and never heard back from Stan.

Update - I received a letter of apology from Stan along with a full refund of my money, which is above and beyond what I expected.
