I'm a New Yorker, this I know. Tried Florida once, didn't like it.

Stephanie, if you guys aren't sure about your future, it's probably best you didn't buy anyway. But you must live in a really nice neighborhood if the prices are over a mil!

Oh I'm feeling that. Even if we had a downpayment (which we don't, and won't for another 9 months at least), there are no good houses out there in our price range anyway. But that doesn't stop me from being dissapointed when I find nothing that suits us.
