I surprised my husband with personalized cigars for our wedding that I bought online from www.tbs-cigars.com. If you e-mail them, they are great about answering questions. I didn't know anything about cigars and the owner, Eric Turner, was a huge help selecting some premium cigars (for the bridal party) and some good, less expensive ones to distribute. I was thrilled with them.

I went to a Bridal Show and saw a guy there who will come to your reception and roll fresh ones. It was around $900 around like 200? i am not sure but a great idea if you have people who like cigars. You could also purchse them before the reception.

I know a little about cigars due to my FH's vast knowledge and the beautiful cherry 500 cigar humidor which shares my bedroom with me..:)

BUT my fiance is full of ideas when it comes to this and what would be reasonable to give out but still quality....When he comes home I will investigate and let you know....My email is [email protected] too ....We should be able to help.

Don't forget that not all wedding reception locations will allow cigar smoking since it does smell (whether you like the smell or not doesn't matter). I know my hall does not allow any smoking at all inside. So before you spend a lot of $$ ask about it.

Also, I know I am on a soap box here but smoking cigars kills people everyday. Lung cancer, throat cancer, lip cancer are all real illnesses that cigar smokers risk everytime they take a puff. Also second hand smoke is a killer of thousands every year. Just something to consider. And if you have kids around at your wedding consider what message you are sending.

Debbie, I also got married at Flowerfield, and they recommended someone to use who came in and hand rolled cigars. The men loved it!! We also supplied our own Macanudo's, or you can have Flowerfield get them for you. They have a list of cigars they supply, which you can get from them and research which brands you'd like to have.
If you'd like, I can ask my dh where he got ours.

PS ~ I'm jealous of you... wish I were planning my day at Flowerfield again!

I'm thinking of using 'the little cigar shoppe'(i think thats the name)-they advertise in the back of all local wedding mags-I have their ad @ my office. They can to your location & roll the cigars for your guests. Good Luck.

I was recently at a Ducks game and saw this place called The Little Cigar Factory displaying information. They said that they will roll cigars at your wedding, or you can buy ones already rolled ahead of time. I think they also do personalized bands on them.
