Try a piece of whole grain bread, toasted, with one teaspoon of low-fat peanut butter and a cup of hot green tea.

That's what I eat for breakfast in the morning (except I have 2 pieces of bread and 2 cups of tea).

For snacks, (mid morning and mid afternoon) I have 2 packets of oatmeal, or a Luna bar, or one cup of Cocoa Puffs. Believe it or not, Cocoa Puffs are better for you than some of the so-called 'healthy' cereals.

I've become a major label reader.

Lettuce. 20 calories per cup.

chicken breast, turkey breast, fish, jerky (watch the sodium, though), chestnuts (not super high but lower fat than other nuts), low fat cottage cheese, edamame, baked chickpeas, sirloin steak (though a little higher in fat and calories), lentils/beans like chili, quinoa, canadian bacon

BTW, I could hurt you for saying this. This is your warning.

seriously, you need more protein. popcorn is all well and good, but you NEED to have a good mix of protein and carbs.

I LOVE peanut butter on raisin bread. I am also a big fan of oatmeal, hardboiled eggs...cereal with milk is also good.

Protein satisfies longer....

Truthiness. Look it up.

I did. It doesn't exist. Just like your fat doesn't exist. Friends don't let friends call themselves fat.

Get pregnant.

The baby takes up your entire stomach so you really can't eat much.

Oh yeah, about the looking fat thing though....
