IM changing my date to Sept .. is it to early to registry ?? if so when do you think its a good time to do it

No not at all they just say to wait 3-4 mnths before your wedding to register for linens!! But its good to register ahead so if people want to get you a git for other reasons

You should registers almost as soon as you get engaged so that people that want to get you engagement gifts can.

i say start now. i did mine mostly online in january, then i went to the store a few weeks ago and finished up.

I am September 1st, but were originally May. We already started our registries. We have to finish up, and some things have been 'discontinued' but only because a newer model is coming out.
You could start to look and see what you like. This is what we did before we even started the registries. I would say between now and April or so I would start. JMO
