I would go down there ASAP and find out what's going on. If you feel you can't trust them, get a new DJ.

I know that someone posted that FM will be moving to the west coast, BUT not until some time in 2008. Maybe they're just crazy busy planning their move and new ventures and keeping on top of their current brides.

HOWEVER, they really should be getting back to you. Why not go over to their offices during their business hours?

Not sure when you tried to contact them, but ...

They had a problem with their phones last week. I e-mailed them last week and got a response a day later.

They sent a bunch of us an e-mail saying that for this week they will be attending to personal matters and won't be able to respont to any e-mails/phone calls sent this week in a 'timely fashion.' So I hate to say it but I'd hold out until next week. I'm sure by then they'll respond. I say send them an e-mail and leave a voicemail at the end of this week so that hopefully when they get back next week they'll see it.

Thanks everyone. I tried calling both numbers today and it's been busy both numbers. If they plan on honoring my contract I would think they would at least try contacting me since my wedding is so close. And we stil have to go over song choices and such.

Apparently they have a lot of personal stuff going on so I wouldn't be surprised if they were waiting until next week or the week after to contact you...which would be still be about 4 weeks before your wedding. That's when they said they'd contact us.

Plus, keep in mind their phone system has been messed up. A LOT of us tried calling last week and kept getting forwarded to some emergency hotline...so I say wait until next week since I know they've told us they're unavailable this week.

try to relax, we just got a phone call from Frank yesterday saying they are staying put. just try calling them again or e-mail/FM them. they've been dealing with a lot this past week.

I would go down there and speak to someone IN PERSON. It could just be that they dont need to meet with u yet. I didn't meet with my DJ untill 3weeks before...and they actually said they didn't NEED my info untill a week and 1/2 to 2 weeks before...but i insisted they take it early lol. Before you freak out, go down there....then if things arent taken care of or noone helps u, book someone else.

I got an e-mail from them and they are up and running. It turns out there was a lot of miscommunication these past few days but you have nothing to worry about.

I would email them. I understand your getting crazy but try to stay calm. I received an email from them today also, so there around, just probably busy. Did you leave them a message? Or were you not able to reach them to do that? Email or fm them or do both.

FM sent forum mail to everyone they've had contact with on this site- everything is FINE. Sit tight, they will get in touch with you!!!

It's very smart to post on LI WEDDINGS what seems like a rant. These vendors religiously monitor the boards so OF COURSE they are now getting in touch with you. That's the definite way to get their attention!!

Did you email them? I emailed them last night about setting up a final meeting for my wedding in May and got a response today. They said theiy meet about a month before.
