You can cut them to size yourself, or you can just buy pre-cut paper (papersource.com) if you'd like.

All you have to do is punch two holes on the top like you said, and add a ribbon.

a friedn on mine did somehting like this for a save the date.. every tab was a different event for the weeknd(she had a lot of OOT guests)..

she had the idea and then did it with kinkos
