if they take teh same last name

When we sent it to a gay couple we did it like this:

Ms. Jane Doe
Ms. Jane Smith

They have different last names though.

Dr. and Mrs. Derrick McDreamy

i think dr would be:

mr and dr smith

I had the same issue

this is what i did
One of the girls took the other girls last name

so i did it just like this

Mrs. Diane Smith
Mrs. Kerry Smith
347 Roton Road
East Meadow, New York 11475

when the wife has the title it goes like this

Dr. Jane and Mr. John Smith
