im getting married september of next year. all i did so far is dj, photographer, videographer, RH. but, i also have been very laid back, maybe too laid back.... i think if you want to get it booked and out of the way, go for it!

I still have quite a bit to book...but I share your feelings b/c my sister just got married and now that its all over, I myself feel sad. I think it has to do with the fact that we are so excited and anticipating so much and sadly it goes by far too quickly

Im getting married in MAY and i feel the same way all my vendors are booked and have been booked for months now!! i ordered my dress, got my favors, everything else i pretty much have to do can be done closer to the wedding! ilucky for me i have DIYs i can do and i am helping my MOIH with her wedding so i am keeping busy. But i feel your pain!

TRUST ME theres always things to do...I booked my major vendors before 1 year mark and was like WOO HOO i get to relax but things always come up., then once you are below the 1 year mark it seems so much quicker so you start worrying about all the small details

I would think it would be better, because you have all the other little things that you can start on! I wish I had everything booked well in advance because I feel like I have noo time left, and I'm much more stressed because of it!

yeah plus there are favors, invitations, did you get bm dresses? make your list for bridal shower, programs...did you do hair and make up trials? or do e-pics?

everyone made fun of me for finishing my major vendors so early but i still have so much to do!

YEAH SO dont worry then hahahaha...i was the same way thinking oh great ill have nothing for a while...now i have all these things i need to do and i dont want to I WANT a break now lol

I will probably be done with my major vendors by my 1 year mark. I figure I'll just do lots of DIY stuff cause I'm crafty like that. It gives you more time to pay attention to the little things plus you will probably be a little less stressed than the typical bride.
