It seems these florists are mentioned alot. Is anyone using a local florist (that they use alot and know the flowers are great)??

I'm using a local florist, I graduated HS with the owner, and they do a great job.

They're listed on here, too.

Do florists charge a delivery charge? The florist i want is in nassau but my hall is in suffolk. Is it better to get them from a place closer to my hall??

To be honest, I have no idea..... I would check with the florist you want to use!

I chose Burtons cus thats what I chose in real life. Im happy with them and even if the cost was the same I'd still stick with them.

Sister just used Burtons and they were absolutely amazing...perfect and exactly what she wanted with a great price...JMO...I will be using them as well

I picked Pedestals because I think they are the best, I chose Pedestals even though I got a lower quote from FM! Not by much but it could have been huge and I still would have went with Pedestals.
i am working with Nadia and she totally gets my vision!!!

Go with Flower Michelle or Pedestals. Burtons is very iffy...sometimes they're great and sometimes not. I used them for my wedding and although we loved them before the wedding, the flowers that day were honestly just so-so. They messed up a lot of stuff and things had to be sent back and my flowers never opened up....they stayed mostly closed the whole day.
