i took FMIL and she bought her dress, i also took my mom and she narrowed it down to 2 choices but wants to check out a few more

Maybe try RK bridal, they had a MOB section. Theres also Jovani which i LOOOVE their dresses but not sure if its what shes looking for

i love jovani drsses also! i found some pretty ones that i want my mom to try on. it doesnt hurt to start looking now even though we have plenty of time

RK bridal is in manhattan, its good bc whatever dress there is, it costs less at RK bridal than other places, and if you find it for less you bring them proof and they'll lower it and make it less than the other quote you received

we went to angels bridal where i had the bm dresses ordered from. They have various sizes and some my mom who is big could even try on. she is like a 23 i think. Tell your mom to try on everything even if she thinks she won't like it because my mom liked two diff. dresses that she didn't pick out at all.

Besides there Lidia's has a nice selection but nothing larger then a 18 (i think) on hand but they have lovely size 16 gowns for MOB and of course smaller that are just amazing.

Sugerplum is the next spot my mom is visiting and i think they have all sizes. Not saying your mom is big but sometimes if a store has var. sizes your mom has a better chance to pick out things more age appropriate. I find that most bridal shops push wedding gowns for the MOB in pink or a diff. shade and i think its really not appropriate.

Adreinnes in islip had expensive but amazing dresses too.

Here are the two dresses my mom is thinking of: The first one is what flattered her the most and the seamstress is taking the scarf and using the material to make sleeves on the dress.
