I hear ya... it's all the little things that add up...especially when you are waiting to close on your house. I know exactly how you feel. I finally closed on my house (after 2 months) and the people living there still won't move out even though they are being penalized $300 a day... the whole process has just been so stressful. Hang in there... the little things will go away one by one
