My friend wore a similar style and wore a corset / bra that held her up, was strapless and helped keep the shape & her looking smooth.... Maybe that would work??

Really looks great though

Yes! Okay I have not tried any undergarments yet but the corset idea sounds great. I need to be s u c k e d in and pushed up! I will try that, thank you!
