Those are my exact colors! Champagne is a light color, I don't think it's too dark... If you are going for an autumny look, wine is fine... if you are basing it more on a summery look, I'd stick with Champagne. JMO of course! Both colors are gorgeous!

Re: labor day bride
I am getting married the day after you and my color is periwinkle. I like the color wine.
Don't worry it will look lovely.

I am getting married 9/6 of this year-- my friends really want red so that is what we're getting.

I don't think it is too dark. Isn't Labor Day suppose to be the end of the summer so those darker colors should be fine. Jenny, have you see your forum mail about the GTG? Are you coming?

Re: labor day bride
I am getting married the Saturday of Labor Day weekend this year. I picked periwinkle dresses which at first I thought might be too dark, but since it's the end of summer, I figure I can get away with it.

I am getting married on August 30 of this year, the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. My BMs will be wearing Cranberry dresses, its a deep red color, very similar to wine.
