I had called the Suffolk location originally. He told me they would be in Nassau that morning at 11:00 and took my info. I have a feeling the two locations got their wires crossed or something. ***** for me that I wasted over 3 hours worth of my time and gas!!!!

He didn't say anything about it possibly changing locations- he told me it was in Nassau, and if they changed it- I should've received a phone call!

That is SUPER annoying. I would be real pissed too.

oh yeah, I'd be pissed.

ok I spoke to Frank. He said that they should have sent me info and from there I was to confirm if I was coming or not. I never received anything so after I called I thought I had my appt.

Maybe the person I talked to wrote my email down wrong or something- I don't know. Frank was very apologetic. I think I am still going to go to a showcase and give them another chance- I have never heard a bad thing about them so I think this was a freak occurance. I still can't believe I drove all the way out there though.

That is horrible But Frank is really genuine & it probably was just a huge mistake. Im sure he will make it up to you in some form. Dont give up on them they are great! I do know i had to confirm & then they called again the evening we went to see them at the showcase. So I think there was an error somewhere. GOOD LUCK!

I agree. I can't see them doing this purposely as he always seems to be in this thing 110%. I too had to confirm I was coming and they had contacted me abd everything- this probably was a mistake. Check them out though- they are really worth it. Good luck girly!

That stinks! we had an appointment to see them and they called 1hr before to cancel because they couldnt reserve space...

Didnt sit well with me so we went elsewhere!
