I believe you need a subsequent marriage license if you've already been married to one another but have NOT been divorced.

yea it's signed, I'm going to have to come up with something. Thanks! They definitely ask you about this when you're filling out the app, right? I forgot what they did b/c it didn't apply at the time

Yes. they ask if it is the first marriage for both of you. I agree, tell her that this is something you'd like to share with your hunny. She'll understand.

OR, do it on a random day without her and tell her that you guys just stopped to do it b/c you were near town hall. I think you need a copy of the original certificate, too
