i'm sorry...i know that can be so frustrating with companies. So often they know who they want to hire but still have to post it and interview a few other ppl just for legal reasons...its so unfair but thats what happens alot. Don't be too discouraged. Something will come up soon for you!!

I dont understand why ppl feel the need to pose as 'I dont care', and then they go and do something like this.
so annoying and insulting!

That person was apparently at me about a month ago, the boss had told a friend of mine who left that they wanted me to get it so I wouldn't leave when I finished my masters in two weeks, because I was so 'valueable' to them.. so thats why im confused...when did it go from me to her...i have been there 3 years, she has been there 1

maybe she agreeed to interview to be polite. even if she gets offered the position how are you so sure she will accept their offer? i think she was just being diplomatic.


why are you going to cut her off? u told her to apply numerous times and she didnt want to. so why are u getting upset? and do u think she interviewed to pi$$ u off? she prob thought u would be happy cuz u were the 1 that encouraged her int he 1st place.

People only look out for themselves. Sorry you had to learn the hard way.

i didnt say anything mean??? i always look at both sides of everything. i could be wrong and she could be a backstabbing wench... but i like to think of people as generally being good..even tho every1 sux lol

i know what you meant and i didnt think you meant anything mean by it.

Its true that while it ***** that she might get the job, you did encourage her to go for it so its hard to be mad about that. Although i do agree she could've at least told you she wanted it.

maybe she didnt want it. if she did.. then shes a lying WENCH. but maybe she just said yes to the interview to not upset her boss? some people are scared or loosing their jobs. esp since shes so nw to the company?

i duno. wait for the results before u cut any1 off.
